Description of Work: The computer had some viruses and would not perform windows update functions. Virus removal was performed and virus protection was installed. |Window 10 had to be installed as windows 8.1 had become corrupt in performing update functions. |The computer is working as it did when it was purchased. Very happy with the service I received. |

Description of Work: restored 5 computers back to factory settings and even installed windows 8 along with free anti-virus and Adobe reader and flash player. He backed up all information from all the computers on my external hard drive. He unlocked my sons tablet and removed virus. He also provides 24 hour support for the services he performs for free via email, phone, or at his office. He did all the above in 2 days and was extremely professional while communicating in kindergarten computer lingo that even I could understand. I will only use him in the future for any computer issues. Aw some sauce!

 + -1 moreI took my computer in at 4 pm on Tuesday. Tom called Wednesday afternoon notifying me that my computer was ready. He removed viruses and tuned up the computer. I had never used this provider, yet he provided the best customer service. He told me I could call with any questions I might have for phone support. He gave me all the time I needed for questions, clearly explained the problem with my computer and corrected the problem. I will use this provider again and recommend him to everyone in need of computer support.

 + 0 moreHighly impressed with the service! He had the computer repaired in 24 hrs. Went above and beyond the repair and performed virus diagnostic and repair outside of what my regular virus protection provides. I will definitely bring all of my computer repairs to him!
