Technician called us back quickly and checked our unit that afternoon which was on a Sunday. James was very professional and honest on the price that he quoted which is very reasonable. My wife has pulmonary problems and needs the AC when it is hot and warm. We will definitely by calling them to service our unit every year too maintain it's warranty. We highly recommend him for repairing any AC unit.

James and his son came out on a Saturday and were more than fair on the price they charged. They were transparent and honest. It s refreshing as we have had poor experiences with other professionals in this area. I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. I liked them immediately. Not only did they arrive when scheduled, they diagnosed the problem within minutes of getting to my house and fixed it in no time. They showed up minutes before the projected arrival time. They were curteous, explained the situation to me clearly and then efficiently took care of the job as I requested. The price was below what I expected it to be and it was not increased even after they ran into complications that they had no control over (i.e. wrong type of electrical outlet, etc.). When they left I was in much better shape than when they came!

I needed routine servicing of my unit. My call was returned promptly and an appointment quickly scheduled. I received a call when the serviceman was on the way. The tech worked effiently and showed me what he was doing and why. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I will utilize this company again.

They responded quickly and got the air conditioning going. A part was needed for the heat pump. They got the part the next morning and was here that afternoon to install it. They also installed a new thermostat and repaired piping on the condensation pump. I enjoyed talking with them. They will be ones i will use for any future work

James came out the next day after I called. He was friendly, professional, and confident. He was very knowledgeable about the products he works on. His rates were more than reasonable!! He even calls you back the next day to make sure everything is working good and that you are satisfied with his work. He even gave me some extra tips on how to save energy and help with the cooling and with the power bill. I would use him again and definitely recommend him to others.

I spoke with him on Monday, he said he would call Tuesday evening to schedule a time to come on Wednesday. I never heard from him even after calling and leaving a message for him again. I will not do business with anyone who doesn't keep their word and cannot take the time to return a call. He obviously doesn't need my business.

I would highly recommend 2VAC, LLC to anyone. Mr. Vance came out the same day I called him. He was very thorough and was able to repair our unit that was over 20 years old. He took the time to answer any questions we may have had and even gave us some tips that would help us in the future. I am sure any other company would have automatically told us to buy a new unit to replace ours since it is so old, but Mr. Vance didn't try to push anything on us. His prices were very reasonable and saved us thousands of dollars.

Mr. Vance came out the very evening we requested service and found out we needed a new unit and not just free-on. Gave us a quote that was very good. We got another quote just to check to see pricing and he was several thousand $ under their quote. Told us he could have it done in 4 days but got it done in 2 which we were very grateful for. Mr. Vance was very professional and very personable. I will use his service again if I have heating or air problems. Call him I believe you won't be sorry we weren't!!!!!!!
