Mr. James Vance came the day he was called, repaired the problem without wasting anytime, was very friendly and quite reasonable on costs, DID NOT try to sell unneeded services or equipment, as previous had. I highly recommend Mr. Vance for quick service you can afford.

James Vance went above anything I could have expected. I live in Seattle, Wa. and not only did he arrive at my home in Fairfield as promised but he looked into the complete issue and contacted me once he knew the exact issue. This is the kind of professional service this country is absent of and it's great to know some companies still take pride and professionalism seriously.

Mr.Vance , on top of being available on a Sunday, was extremely thorough and professional. In addition to repairing my AC unit to my complete satisfaction, he answered all my questions and offered advice to keep the unit clean and functioning properly. Mr. Vance came to my home an quickly diagnosed the problem. The cost to repair was reasonable, and I was impressed with his work. I will definitely use his company for my future heating and AC maintenance and repair. He was also willing to do the work on a Sunday afternoon which isn't likely for some of the other businesses with out paying the price.

he came out checked furnace had it going in no time. charge a resonable fee. he called back the next day, the furnace had problems, he checked it again, it had major problems, he refused to take money for this visit. He is very professional, will call him again.

James is a very skilled HVAC expert. He is not in business to take your money, but to ensure that his customers are taken care of, and become customer's for life. He quickly identified the issue, and resolved, in this instance, without the need to get additional parts. This is someone i highly recommmend, he is the one you call after someone else "fixes" your problems. He won't try to get you to buy what you don't need, and will tell you the truth about what is going on. This is someone you could trust your wife, mother, or sister to do the right work.
