The company did not reach me in a timely manner to schedule the work. I did not end up using the big deal.

Everything was great, I just thought it was very expensive at $200 to replace a $10 part. I think $100 would be about right.

They are open 365 days a year and 24 hours a day and they do not charge extra to come out on weekends, at night, and even during holidays. With the maintenance being part of the package, we've decided that the cost wasn't really too high.

Adam and Brandon were prompt, showed up when they said they would, professional, and concerned. They explained why our HVAC unit was noisy, why the Aux Heat was coming on, and then they checked our HVAC unit out to make sure everything was as it should be. They were great!

I called early on a Saturday about my heat pump making an odd noise. I was told he would call before coming over and it shouldn't be long before he could come and check the unit. He called shortly and said he would be at the house in 40 minutes. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and thoroughly checked out both of our units. He didn't find any problems and explained the noises I was hearing and that they were normal. Very prompt and professional!

The workers were all very professional with all their work. There was a problem with condension on the electric control system, and it took several return trips before it was finally corrected. We were provided with 2 window units while the unit wasn't working, and we were offered the chance to be put up in a local motel while the unit was down. We were also given a portable A/C unit that could be moved from room to room during repair time. The unit has been working perfectly once everything got straightened out--very pleased with its performance. I want to say that this company impressed me with the positive attitude of ALL those that worked on the unit and especially Jason, the owner. Also, if you have a problem, you can call them anytime and they will respond quickly. I highly recommend anyone needing help with their Heating or A/C to use this company.

At first, the installation was a little too fast and rough for me, but two days later, two other more-seasoned guys came out, made some necessary changes, and modifications, and really worked hard and long to make the system its best. The next day, I has some annoying noise coming from the motor, almost as if it were out of balance. Another technician came out promptly and discovered it was nothing more than a small piece of insulation that had inadvertently got sucked into the motor fan. The technician fixed it quickly, had an excellent attitude and was very, very easy to communicate with, and now it's running perfectly and extremely quiet. Valley is not the cheapest out there, but they provide 24/7 service, offer 10 year warranty on the parts and labor, and are just a bunch of great people to deal with that I feel I can honestly trust.

We had a different service technician than last time and he told us we did not need the repairs that the last technician recommended. He performed routine service on our units and we've had no problems.

From the estimate to the first annual service, I have been extremely pleased with Valley's customer service, professionalism and quality work. I waited a year to write this review because I wanted to have plenty of time to ensure the system worked well and that the annual service was performed correctly. The crew that installed our new system was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Everything that was included in the estimate was performed as stated. The salesman, Declan, was very good in recommending the right system for our house and scheduling the work. Valley phoned us one year after installation to schedule the annual maintenance service. The gentleman who came to service our unit was very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Valley for your heating and cooling needs.

Thursday 1/17 my Trane heat pump noise increased dramatically, although it was still functioning. After checking Angie's List, I called Valley Heating and Cooling. A tech was there in 2 hours, and confirmed that the 20 yr old heat pump compressor was worn out. I requested quotes on both repair and a couple levels of replacement. Service call cost: $69.00. Friday morning, the heat pump had died. Gerald called to discuss our options. I impressed on him that the situation was somewhat urgent because I was scheduled to be out of state from Wed 1/23 thru Mon 1/28. That afternoon he came to the house with 4 quotes, one repair at almost $4000, and 3 levels of replacement. 1 Broan and 2 levels of Trane. I elected for the top level Trane, which would include replacing the attic evaporator unit as well, running new Freon lines, and sealing the ductwork. They were already fully scheduled for Saturday and Monday, but could do the job on Tuesday 1/22. He provided a space heater to get me through until Tuesday. Monday Gerald called to confirm that the job would, in fact, be done on Tuesday. Tuesday 1/22 the crew arrived at 8:45 and were gone by 4:15. They were exceptionally efficient and pleasant, and left the place spotless. Cost: $7820.00, as quoted. Gerald called again after 5 to find out how everything went. The new system is a major improvement over the old, which was very efficient but always pretty noisy. With the new system I barely notice when the heat cycles on and off and have to listen closely to even tell if it is running or not! Time will tell if it is any more energy efficient than the old one. I highly recommend Valley Heating and Cooling!

Come within an hour called and found I had a burned out air handler motor which they replaced.

They were excellent. I had one small problem but they came out and fixed it right away.

We have always been well satisfied with their service. We chose them because of our prior service with them. They have always done exactly what they have told me they were going to do.

They are excellent people. The sales people all three of the times I have purchased from them were very knowledgeable and did not push products on me. The repairmen have always been great with the installation, very polite, and have always cleaned up after themselves. Last year we lost our air conditioning and everyone was very busy but they had someone out at eleven o'clock at night and that was outstanding. They have always came on time.

The service has been great. The guys are really good. They are very nice, helpful, and explained things to me.

I was extremely pleased and would like them to do any work on my heat pump in the future.

They are great. I would use them again in the future.

My last contact was a servicing of my central unit. The technician arrived when he was expected. He checked and cleaned my unit. All the people I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company.

Had TVA Enery Inspection. Valley sent 2 men who finished in one day. Passed TVA's reinspection with flying colors.

They just go through and look for make sure everything is working. Service it from a maintenance point. I have tried most of them around here. And it turned out they were the most reliable.

The job was managed as promised and competed in one day. Separate crews had to be scheduled because of the propane hookup. All promises were delivered in writing as promised.

Everything was fine, and everything seems to be working okay. However, I have only had it for about a month now. They did what they said they were going to do. I have no qualms at all with them. The work went fine, and there were no setbacks at all. I don’t know what is going to happen down the road though. In terms of the price, I did not have any comparisons with the brand that I went with, but I did have some comparisons with cheaper brands. I went with the higher brand that they had. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were all very good.
