Perry Co

The Perry Company did a fantastic job. They initially quoted us about $10,000 and six weeks for two of their employees to replace all of the wiring in our home with copper wiring, to eliminate the fire hazard of aluminum wiring. As they started the process, we decided that we would like to go ahead and make some additional changes while they were re-wiring the house, such as having them add some new circuits and outlets to the house and replacing some of the light fixtures. This is what increased the cost to $12,000, but they were very transparent about the additional costs along the way and willing to make the changes we requested. They were some of the cleanest contractors we have ever had; each day they had swept up everything and left the house very tidy. We agreed to let them leave some supplies at our house since the job was pretty lengthy, and all of their supplies were always very neatly stacked in an out of the way place when they left for the day. The job was completed in the projected six weeks, even with the snowstorms in the middle of the job that shut Huntsville down for several days and prevented them from coming out to work those days. We were very pleased with the quality of work and would definitely hire them again if we needed any additional electric work done on the house.
