Description of Work: We purchased a Hayward pool pump. Julia's price was equal to any on the web. I have used them before about 8 years ago to replace my pool liner. Their service and follow up was very good at that time also. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are always competitive or better.

 + -1 moreI have used them for a few years but last year a different employee helped me. I have never had as much trouble with the chemicals. In some cases he had me using double the amounts I had used in the past. I ended up spending two or thee hundred dollars more than I usually spend over the summer. I think he knew exactly what he was doing. I had never had any trouble before so I will go back but if he is still there I will ask for someone else.

 + -1 moreI had a great experience purchasing my pool there. We were having issues with the chemicals, and they couldn't get it right. I went to another pool store and bought a $13 bottle of chemicals that solved the problem. I don't think they know what they're doing now. I had a great relationship with them in the past.
Description of Work: They have been dealing with my pool chemicals since I purchased the pool from them.
