They didn't just send out 1 guy but they had 2 come out with everything they needed on the truck. So when they finished up they were completely done and I was completely satisfied.

They had to dig from my house to the city drain. The left the ground uneven. They never told me about this condition after they were finished. The ground is uneven yet. We have to be careful when we are walking in the yard. The Company owner, came by here and he did not resolved the issue. Gonzalo D.

They were very professional from our initial interview until the job was done. They did a great job repairing our washer drain line and even asked about saving our bushes where they had to dig. It only took them 2 days, and would have taken them 1 but they had to wait on the health department.

These guys are real pros. Andy and his crew installed a Rinnai tankless water heater for us. I was impressed by their work. Every task was professionally completed. We no longer have a 75 gal accident waiting to happen in the center of our home!!!

Benjamin Franklin plumbing told me he would show up at 11 at 11 I got a phone call that he was going to be three minutes late and that was the truth. He showed up on time gave me a price up front. Let me know what they were going to do before project started so there were no hidden fees. They were great, timely and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
