Home Depot had installed the hot water heater improperly causing problems "down the road". I found these fellows in the yellow pages. They were fast, efficient and priced along the lines of other services in the area such as this. Was pleased.....hated that I had to buy a new hot water heater (the one they replaced was only 3 years old at the time) but glad they were the ones to do the work.

My water heater's relief valve was leaking. The plumber reviewed the issue and recommended replacement of the entire water heater as well as installation of a pressure reducing valve at the water meter. Pleased with the quality of work, but it ended up being expensive, and I felt like I was being sold more services than I really needed to address the immediate problem.

Service techs were on time. There was a significant difference in the size of the new equipment to be installed in the attic. To accompdate the installation the tech disassembled the unit and reassembled it in the attic and avoided taking out the drop-download stairs. The old outside unit was installed directly in front of the dryer vent causing lint to gather on the coils. The tech put the new unit away from the vent and reconected the new compressor to avoid this situation. Very pleased with their completed installation.

Other services are expensive. For example, to install a hot water would cost $1259.

Job site was left in a clean professional manner.

Price was outrageous!

Very prompt, plumbing company called me to let me know the plumber is on the way. They are not cheap, but I believe the time saving for me was worth the money spent.
