they came out, gave estimate but were NOT able to figure out the problem of original furnace. company i did hire found the issue on the old orig furnace and repaired it and its working perfectly. BUT...the plumber DID give me valuable information as to the unit i wanted installed, NOT being up to code as only source of heat and saved me a LOT of money just by doing that.
