We are big enough to take care of your needs and small enough to know you! We have been a locally owned and operated business located in North Alabama since 1987. We strive to provide the highest quality of work within the industry. We understand that your time is important, so we do our very best not to waste it. We are fast. How fast? JACKSON fast! We personally answer our own phones, eliminating automated calls from call centers! We are here to take care of ALL of your plumbing needs from leaking faucets & backed up drains to water heater & water/sewer line replacements. We are also here to take care of all of your heating & cooling needs from repairs to your unit and even installing duct work. We also provide a special maintenance Peace of Mind protection plan where we will come out to your home twice a year to check your HVAC systems and once a year to check on your plumbing. All of our employees are licensed, certified, background checked, & drug tested. We are a 24/7 service company so please call our office at anytime to schedule an appointment! We would love the opportunity to earn your business!

Description of Work: We were in the process of remodeling our laundry room and kitchen. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for an estimate. A service man came out and gave me an estimate on relocating line for ice maker to an adjoining wall and for installation of new sink. Price was much higher than I had anticipated. While service man was there he offered up names of some of his friends and other contractors that could do other work we were in the process of getting quotes on such as electrical work, tile work, etc. The service man was very polite. We decided on another plumber in our area to do the work we needed done.
