We needed foyer, living room, and dining room ceilings painted. Mr. Thomas came to our home and gave an estimate of $525 with us furnishing the paint. It was a two day job and he did super work. He was very careful. He put drop clothes all around. He put plastic over the ceiling fan. He removed ceiling speaker covers and inset lights. It put on two coats. He offered to help move back furniture. He was very prompt and he also was thorough in cleaning up, even asking for as dust mop and he when over the hardwood floors before he left to make sure were no paint drops anywhere.

Mr. Richard Thomas is a true professional and dedicated to providing quality service. He provided a cost estimate and didn't vary from it. He applied two coats of paint to the walls and ceiling, and applied two+ coats to the trim. He was very meticulous, which the results show. Our ceiling had some spots where the home builder skimped on applying joint compound (mud) to some areas. Mr. Thomas corrected this, a very time consuming job that was done expertly. He offered suggestions on other areas of home maintenance, which I appreciated and will apply. A new bathroom fan/light fixture was added by Richard that greatly improved circulation in our master bath. Mr. Thomas took a little longer than anticipated, but the final result was well worth the slight delay. Richard was without doubt the best contractor we have ever hired, with attention to detail above any I've met. I highly recommend him and rate him the highest.
