+ -1 moreSee above....DO NOT USE JERRY WHITE!!!!!!!!!! He seems to be the the one that local real estate agents recommend.....not sure why....unless the words "kick back" come into play......
Description of Work: Inspection of home that we were buying. Inspector missed rotting windows, rotting doors, fireplace not working properly, water damage, etc. Need I say more. Also, several friends have used his services as well (NOT BY MY RECOMMENDATION) and have had similar problems....even to the extent of a fireplace collapsing after it was passed inspection months previously.

+ -1 moreI met Jerry about an hour into the job. He was very personable. He took some time to show me what he had found, the good and the not so good. He had a system. He would check some things, and then put notes in his report checking things off and circling others, and making notes. The house is only 925 sq ft but it took him a good three hours! I was presented with a 32 page report the next day. I put it to good use during negotiations on the price of the property.
Description of Work: They did a full inspection of the house I was going to buy. They started on the roof, every room, every appliance, ran the water, checked all light switches and plugs, and ended up in the crawl space. They even had comments on the landscaping.
