+ -1 moreThe quality of window washing was poor. Also, the crew declined to wash my largest window, and promised to refund the cost of it. Additionally, they damaged the storm windows, which they had committed to remove and clean. I have tried for nearly a year to get them to make it right, and they are unresponsive.

+ -1 moreAfter the initial call, Mr Pride came by to estimate the job. We set up a time and Tim arrived on time to begin work. On all of the outside windows he had to remove the screens, clean cobwebs and debris, clean the windows, and replace the screens. On the inside he cleaned any cobwebs and then cleaned the windows. We have a greenhouse with skylights that have not been cleaned in many years. He cleaned the outside and inside of the skylights (inside is 14 feet up). The windows are sparkling. The greenhouse looks fantastic! Tim worked straight through until he finished.
Description of Work: Cleaned all windows, inside and outside. Cleaned skylights inside and outside. Cleaned mirrored walls inside.
