+ 0 moreStained a new deck. Repaired and painted rotted fascia and painted the garage door and area above. Everything was done well. Mr. Medina recommended Sherwin-Williams for the deck stain. The stain ended up looking more like paint than stain. I am stuck with the stain since I will not pay to have it stripped and restained. Also, the deck developed white spots all over it. I called Mr. Medina about the white spots and he stated that he didn’t know what caused it and there probably was not anything that he could do. He did agree to come out and look at the issue but he never did. I’ve been told, by someone else, that it might be sap or preservative from the wood and that it would eventually go away. I have waited to see and it is disappearing. I am very pleased with Mr. Medina’s work but not his knowledge of stain.

If second coat required anywhere, extra charge.Taped all areas.Completed all work starting Monday 6/20 and ending Friday 6/24. Starting each day around 0830 to 0900 - worked until around 1630, each day.Reviewed and completed short "punch list".Owner and Assistant were courteous, professional, prompt, shared progress updates, shared plans for next day, quality work.Based on our experience, would recommend, and use again in the future.
