Description of Work: Elite Flooring America of Decatur, AL stepped in to a difficult situation and was able to fix it. We'd had whole house flooring repair work done by Flooring America in Huntsville AL from an insurance claim in May-June 2011 time period. Flooring America in Huntsville AL had done an awful job (see separate review on that). We had lost confidence in Flooring America. Elite Flooring America in Decatur came to our house and had to convince us that they had the expertise that the Huntsville company did not. We were impressed with the Elite Flooring America of Decatur owner's integrity, knowledge, and experience along with her crew. The owner, Lynn Caraway (formerly McLemore), came up with a plan to fix the hardwood floors and kitchen vinyl floor and followed through with her plan. The results were excellent! This was a hard job….the hardwoods and subfloors had to be replaced and the vinyl underlayment had to be secured. We are so relieved to find honest capable people and want all to know where to find them!
