+ -1 moreInitial visit was good. They inspected the attic, found a nest in vines on the house and set traps. I called and reported a trap tripped but nothing was caught. I was told that someone would be our that evening or the next day to reset the trap. Nobody came until a few days later and the traps were removed! We we not contacted!

Description of Work: Follow up questions from his last visit. Asked if we were having any new problems that needed addressed. Very professional and completed his job without wasting either of our time. He is very trust worthy and pet cautions.

He is very conscientious about the job he does and makes sure to explain everything. The experience with Defense Pest solutions was great. The price is below what I had normally been paying. The technician was punctual and professional. I will continue to use Defense Pest Solutions and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Description of Work: Sprayed every room inside, swept spider webs down, sprayed around the house outside, knocked down wasp nest, and sprayed specific spot I asked due to ants.
