+ -1 moreI was early for a 9 am appointment -- he obviously had arrived even earlier. He began immediately upon my arrival, patiently answering all questions during my film selection process. Then he made sure I was comfortable, how to operate his tv, knew coke machine and restroom location . Had estimated about 2 hours to job completion, actually finished 30 minutes sooner. Again did a follow-up of instructions for me to follow for a few days to be sure film adhered properly AND invited me to contact him immediately with any concerns. Lifetime guarantee along with full refund if I do not like the results. NEEDLESS to say -- I am thrilled with the results and will be recommending him to my friends. His 15 years of experience has held him in good stead and I am fully satisfied!

+ -1 moreIt has a lifetime warranty and if it comes off, they will do it again for free. I haven't had any problems.
Description of Work: I used Decatur Tint 3 or 4 years ago to tint a 2006 Maxima. I'm probably going to use them again in the next six months.
