They came out and have been professional and courteous. Their pricing is higher than others, so we went with another company. We would use them, but their pricing is just too high.

I got three different quotes from three different places. They were the first to come and the most technologically advanced. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The termite service is $90 per quarter and the monthly service is $37 per month. I thought the price for the monthly service was a little high. However, they are very good. They were very responsive. Someone called me right back and even came out the next day. They are very friendly. So far the service has been good. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to others.

We have a problem with ants and spiders. They have been back twice to re-spray the area, but it does not seem to be helping. I would probably use them in the future if necessary.

Cook's came recommended from a neighbor and we called them. They were quick to respond and provided a very reasonable reference. They also explained about termites in the area. So we hired them to deal with both issues. We find them very professional and reliable and respectful of our dogs too. Cook's always explains what they are going to do and what they have done.
