After being ripped off by another contractor on Home Advisor, I was hesitant to use Home Advisor again, but I'm glad I did. ABD is amazing. Called and they were here in an hour. Found the problem and fixed it super quick. Customer service was the best I have had from a contractor in a very long time. These guys will be my first call for anything plumbing related from now on.

I thought I had a leak in a pipe in our 1/2 bath, it turned out just to be the fan hose in the attic due to condensation. I thought the plumber was very nice and explained everything to me. I had to pay a service fee but that was fine considering that I can not go up in the attic , to me it was forth every penny. I would call them again if need be. Gary D. In Athens AL

Customer service by the owner was great. The workers who came out were unable to fix the problem but till charged me and more than what I thought it should have been. Then worker left without confirming work he did do was adequate. I didn’t find the worker as being very professional. Also did not clean up after finished work in tub.

Gerald communicated very promptly, answered all the questions I had and arrived at the job site the same day and on time as he promised.   It took his team about two hours to complete the job. They cleaned the site before they left. Gerald honored the promises he made, the labor cost was very reasonable and he provided a two-year warranty for the labor
