+ -1 moreIt was sloppy job one camera dosen't work and wants me pay another $75 to pull the lines. I have already paid $810. for the two camera that is suppose to work at night. But it foggy at night and can't anything when you check it show up the same. I had a problem how would the police be able to see anything and know who they was looking for.
Description of Work: Replaced my security system. Had a problem when replacing the fire detector. It would try the phone line up( Line in Use) and it took a while to find the problem. I had a alarm go off when I mistaking opened the front door and the same thing happened and I never heard from the alarm compamy. He has also replaced my cameras and the one on the driveway side doesn't work ( it is foggy at night). He has replaced it again and the same thing is happening.. I called and told him and his response was what do you want me to do. I told him I had paid him 810.00 dollars for working cameras and that is not what I am getting. At this time I would not reccomend this company to anyone. I have told him the problems and now he wants to pay him $75 more to pull the lines. I don't feel that I should have to pay and more money because I have not gotten a working camera. If he doesn't know what he's doing needs to find another line of work. I believe he is not concerned about whether anything works but just the money.
