The first trip they misidentified the bug and treated for the wrong type of pest. When this did not work I called them and they came back out and resprayed for the correct type of pest. They were very professional and prompt. And while they didn't get it right the first time they made up for it on the second visit. I would definitely call them again for pest control.

As for the record - I was unemployed this time last year. I called their office and asked if I could work out a payment plan to help out with my budget. I was told that it would be not problem as I had been a good customer for almost 20 years and they were not worried about me at all. Send in an amount when you can. Without any communication at all,(until I phoned in to make a payment) they claim that they had turned me over to a collection agency without as much as a phone call to my residence at all - or written notice -nothing. Also, I was never contacted by a collection agency at all. Not sure if they were telling me the truth. My bill was paid in full. Last week I contacted Southeastern Exterminating to schedule an appointment. I was told by a lady named Kim that I had to pay in full at time of service. I was advised that their terms were 30-45 days with the rest of their customers. I asked if me being a loyal customer for 20 meant anything? She said hold on - then a gentleman by the name of Mark was on the phone. I asked him if me being a loyal customer for 20 years meant anything. Mark told me no it means nothing. "You will pay in full at time of service" Mark said. In closing, I will say that we had our own business for 19 years in the Port of Mobile, Al., during those nineteen years, I had customers paying late, especially during the recent recession. However, I communicated each one and worked out something with them. When the economy improved, I was called by many of those customers to thank me for hanging in there with them. It's all about customer service and communicating with your customers which sadly seems to be missing from Southeastern Extermination. I am making a change to another company that is excited to have me as a customer. This new pest control company uses the Sentricon Colony Elimination System. Their payment plan is set up to where the customer makes quarterly payments. Their customer service is excellent. Also, in their contract their price will not go up. Customer Service is an art. Some have it and some do not.

Their service is great, but the price has risen 150% this year, from $261.50 the past 4 years to $650.00 this year. That's a exorbitant increase! They tell me that an independent auditor found their prices to be too low. I'd prefer they They could gradually increased the price over the next few years, rather than in one big wallop. What a bad surprise.

They do a good job. Everyone is friendly and professional. I will keep using them.

They do wonderful work. They came out last year to treat for termites and are very good about following up and taking care of any issues we may have.
