SACK'S POWERWASH

I was searching for a carpet cleaner on Angie's list. I put my info in and almost immediately this company called me. I had not even gotten a chance to read reviews or review their services. I did not answer. They called back immediately. Again I did not answer. Five minutes later they called back. Again I did not answer and they have called me 4 more times the same day up until almost 8 PM. Calling me once and leaving a message would have been fine. However, due to the numerous phone calls I have had to block their number and will not use them due to feeling as if I'm being harrased.

Great. Very accommodating by cleaning carpet after store hours. Professional attitude. Worked quickly and efficiently. Carpet looks brand new. Always willing to do whatever is needed to make sure the customer is happy.

This home was in dire need of pressure washing as it had been several years since it had been cleaned ! The house looks completely different ,just the way it looked when it had been built thirteen years ago ! We were so pleased with the results !

Owner came by as promised and provided estimate and scheduled at date and time to perform work. Workers were a little later than scheduled, but owner called on time and advised they would be slightly late. When service began we noticed they were washing bottom part of windows without removing screens. When we objected they quickly agreed to remove screens and continue. However they made no effort to assure screens were clean or that runners were clean. They were very willing to touch up any windows where we were not satisfied. However, by the next day, when the sun hit the windows for the first time (the sun did not hit the windows while they were working), many showed streaks and brush marks and looked as if they had not been cleaned. We had not had this problem with previous service providers. Overall, while we thought in advance the price estimate was high but reasonable, the results did not meet expectations. Their methodology is apparently designed more for quantity than quality results. We did not get the results we wanted and will not hire them for this service again.

Adam Sack and his crew of two arrived on time at about 9 a.m. I was amazed to have the 5 x 7 area rug in the living room cleaned in place on the hardwood floor! They use a foam cleaning system so there is no wet squishy water soaked carpeting anywhere, They were in and out in about an hour or so. Everything looked great and smelled better!! I was able to walk on the carpets immediately even though there was a damp feeling on my bare feet. I would say 90% of the carpeting was completely dry by mid-day the following day and certainly by the following morning everything was dry as a bone. This service is somewhat more expensive than others but worth the extra in my opinion. I am not a fan of using any kind of soap in carpeting as it leaves a residue that collects dirt. I like the system used by Sack's. They were very professional, punctual and pleasant. I have know Alton Sack for 30+ years and have always known him to be a person of integrity. I will certainly use Sack's Cleaning, Inc. again the next time the need arises.
