My plumbers name was Daniel. He came out within a couple hours and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The next day after he got the part(it was a Sunday when he came out the first time so the stores were closed) he fixed it within minutes! He was very nice and took the time to explain everything to us. 10/10 would use again.

My wife noticed a Crack in the tile floor leading from the toilet location to approximately 12-13 inches away. This Crack wasn't there prior to the plumber coming to unclog the toilet and bathtub. I called and talked to the plumber who was here(he said he was also a supervisor). After telling him of the cracks he told me he didn't know how that could have happened. He then asked me to send photos, which I did. My wife also noticed he didn't put any sealant around the toilet after reinstalling it. We are waiting to hear back from the plumber. The plumber also recommended replacing our Sewer line. He said it was Terra Cotta and had probably collapsed causing the blockage.

Curtios, professional, and they were able to make it out to my place within a couple of hours of my call. Had to pay $289 + tax $315 f(didn't know you could tax on labor?) or snake/unclog my line, but compared to other companies, very reasonable. Just the nature of the business, I guess. Would recommend.

Daniel Sullivan (Owner) came on a Saturday. He said he would be here at 9am and showed up at 8:30am. I was so impressed. He explained why it was clogged and the process of how he was going to take care of it. It took all of 3 minutes. I was so happy with what he charged me.
