+ -1 moreWhile on vacation my water heater started spewing water. My house-sitter called to let me know, so I called and left a message at plumb pro (they were the preferred/recommended) repair company by whirlpool. After almost an hour of hearing nothing I called back and asked if they received my message. The reply was "yeah but we are booked up and aren't taking any work". Seriously!?? That's great for you, but why would you not call me back and let me know? I've now wasted another hour and water is still flooding my garage, but I guess since they didn't need/want my business it wasn't worth returning my call. Oh, and they also wouldn't tell me of another plumber to call in the area.
