Pirate Pools and Spas

We had our pool painted and resurfaced by Pirate Pools And Spas a couple of months ago. Rick and his crew did a good job painting and resurfacing the pool for what we paid. He seemed to be very helpful each time we had a question. My husband I were told verbally that he would install grip tape to the stairs. He also stated that he would install the pool light for us if the adapter fit. The grip tape was never installed because he said he forgot. The light was installed but the adapter broke in the process. If our light was the cause of the adapter breaking that's fine but the point is that the fact that it broke was never communicated to us. The light was also installed the opposite way of how my husband wanted it. Each time I have tried to responsibly ask Rick why these things didn't get done? He argues with me. We are the customers and he did tell us these things would get done. They did not. All he does when I have point blank asked him about these 3 issues is throw up "Well I did this and blah blah blah". Never once addressing these issues. He even told me to stop whining about the grip tape. I am completely astonished at this behavior and just how unprofessional he is. He has threatened me with a law suit if I mention his company but this is my personal opinion and experience with this man and his company. I would not recommend him just based on his unprofessional behavior.
