Description of Work: 3 Bedrooms of carpet cleaning that was pretty bad...I couldn't tell much difference and after about a week it looked the same as before cleaning. I was told the tile grout cleaning was amazing and paid almost $100 for kitchen grout to be cleaned....absolutely no difference at all. Very disappointing. Also paid for a peach deodorizing that I couldn't smell. The workers were on time and very pleasant though.

Description of Work: Clean MB, MB Closet, Media room, stairs, landing |Drips on tile floor from equipment took off existing sheen on some tiles. Peaches N Clean had to make several visits to my home to investigate the problem, and then come back and clean sections of my tile, and redo areas of the carpets that I felt could have come cleaner. Richard was very apologetic for the problem, and did take care of the problem, but it was an inconvenience for me to have to deal with the many visits required to solve the problem.

+ -1 moreTwo men came with all the equipment they needed. They were 5 min. early, went right to work, and were very professional. We had old spill stains from grand-kids in the carpet and rust from one of the chairs. There was little room to maneuver in as we live in an RV with a lot of stuff in a very small space, but they moved the furniture around and were able to get all the stains out. The carpet looks great! I'm not really sure what the going rate for cleaning an RV living/dining room carpet should be, but these guys were very punctual and did an excellent job! We will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: They removed stains in the carpet, shampooed it, and extracted much of the water. They also applied a scotch-guard treatment. They took about a half hour to complete the work including moving the heavy furniture. It took about 6-7 hours to completely dry.

+ -1 moreThey were in an out in about 30 minutes and that was great (made up for them running about 30 min behind, hence the A grade for punctuality). I should note that the house was empty so that may have made a difference on their swiftness. Friendly staff and very helpful (recommended someone to strectch the carpets first when I ask if they would do that also, which they don't). Make sure you ask what your quote includes; I didn't ask enough questions and I doubled my cost when I asked for the stain protectant and deodorizer the day of. I still believe it was worth it!
