Philip extended our driveway to include French drains and eliminate a drainage issue. His crew also leveled the adjoining ground area from the driveway running beside our house and to the back of the back yard allowing an appropriate slope for adequate drainage. Pavers and sod were added to provide a level walkway that connected the new drive from the front yard to the back. Philip was responsive to requests, completed the job in a timely manner and did not stop until a very challenging issue was fixed. Quality work by a stand up guy!

P&C installed pavers on the 4 th side of pool. It required leveling and raising a Palm tree. They also did rock borders on two sides of fence plus front of house and mailbox area. They used river rock and chopped stone for the borders. Pavers around pool equipment. They did it in a timely manner. All personnel were communicative, friendly and did as I asked as well as Andrew being creative in his suggestions and final work. It was spendier than I was expecting having moved from Nevada and what I had done there but as everything, costs have definitely risen. The end result was pleasing to the eye and accomplished most of my goal. If I could afford more I would have them do the work. Philip and Andrew were very accommodating with a good work ethic.

On time and professional

Phil Sirmon is a hands on business owner who coordinated or executed each step of the preparation of the lot for residential construction. This included survey and staking, brush clearing, tree removal and rough grading, and final grade with additional dirt. Everything went precisely as he planned and was in most cases ahead of schedule. His subcontractors and employees were without exception excellent. They focused on the job but were happy to answer questions as they arose. Actually few arose as Phil explained in detail how the job would progress and what would happen at each step. This was by far the best home building process that I have been involved in and not only strongly recommend Phil and his company for site work but suggest that he is a good source of advice or work on the whole building process. With respect to cost, his was the least expensive of three rough order of magnitude bids (actual cost depended on truck loads of debris removal, but because he has a disposal site on his property and owns the heavy equipment used, these costs were lowest of anyone I talked to). The work was ahead of schedule, done professionally, and at an excellent price. I suggest that anyone needing site work go to Phil Sirmon and P&C Solutions first.

Philip and Andrew were excellent to work with Andrew who is the irrigation specialist was able to quickly diagnose the problem come up with a solution to fix the problem and added some ideas for future work. Phillip and his crew filled in my backyard in ground pool, relandscaped the area and installed sod. His services were professional and the work was completed in a timely manner.

P&C Solutions is the ONLY landscaping company we will ever use! Philip is not just the owner, but also part of the crew. He is the most honest, genuine, hardest working person, and worked with the budget that we had to finish our backyard pool project. He and his crew showed up early and worked long days to finish the project in a short time. The crew are ALL polite and Andrew is a WEALTH of knowledge when it came to the landscape design ideas and the plants/trees that would work best for us. He even took care of rerunning the underground sprinkler system to accommodate the new layout. They finished our entire backyard in 5 days and came back to powerwash the concrete around the pool and our driveway. They truly care a GREAT deal about the work they do and strive to make sure that shows. I told Philip that Folgers is wrong - the best part of waking up is seeing our new backyard ð Don't hesitate for a minute to hire this company for any landscaping needs you have- the only regret you'll have is not hiring them sooner!

P&C Solutions fixed a portion of our driveway that had deteriorated. We are very happy with the end result and are very hopeful that it will hold up over time. The communication was very good, and I believe the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend P&C. We actually have another driveway that has always been dirt and we are planning to have P&C Solutions address it.
