1. Mr. Mark Kite came right away to review our repairs project. His estimate was timely and very fair. 2. Mark is extremely reliable. He arrived on the days he said and completed the work as quickly as possible, due to concrete needing to cure and also for adhesives and paint to dry elsewhere. 3. Mark is a tidy worker, the job site each day was very clean during his projects and as he left for the day. We're particularly grateful that his concrete work didn't create a mess in the yard or leave behind any excess. 4. Mark is also a problem solver. It is refreshing to hire a contractor who will replace rotted portions rather than tear down all and reinstall all new. Undoubtedly this saved some cost. The parts replaced showed his craftsmanship to blend old and new lumber. He is experienced with weather wear and tear, because he carefully reconfigured how the gate would abutt the concrete retaining wall and reduce how debris had collected to rot the bottom frame. 5. Mark listened patiently when my husband and I needed to "think out loud" to make the best use of the garage space. The solution makes things easy to reach for our aging bodies, and created more room for us to maneuver vehicles. 6. We appreciated how Mark scheduled our project with less than 3-hours needed for him to be at a different job-site during the duration of a three-day project at our house. He also spent his time at a sensible pace in the blazing, summertime heat -- yet the progress was very evident every hour.
