4/5/12: James Scott from Lowe's Install Sales Department came to my home with David Beach from Mooneyham Heating and Air in Milton, Florida. They inspected my existing system inside and outside my home and also inspected the vent system in my attic. 4/7/12: I received bids for a new HVAC system with three different recommendations for my consideration. I was also quoted a separate price for changing out my ductwork in the attic which was in abysmal condition. I selected and quot;Option Band quot; which was a Trane 14.5 SEER, 2 1/2 ton HVAC system. Additionally I opted to have new ductwork installed at the same time. The installers from Mooneyham arrived at my home promptly at 8am as planned. Two installers worked on the ducts in the attic while two other installers worked on the unit in the house and the outside unit. All work was completed by 11:30 am. They cleaned all debris and removed the old equipment, boxes and duct material and swept the work areas thoroughly. All the installers were competent, courteous and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with Lowe's choice of a company to handle their installations and would not hesitate to seek assistance from Lowe's again for an install project. On Friday, someone from Lowe's called to ask about my satisfactin with the installation process. The County Inspector came to my home on Tuesday, April 17 and stated that all work had been performed appropriately.

They did a fine job. I don't remember how much was spent. We used them and we had no hesitation by using them. What really struck me was that it wasn't quite right and they just wouldn't let it go. They just made sure we were happy. We would use them again in the future if we needed to.

The service communicated with us through out the process. The came and assessed our install, doors were ordered and they arrived at scheduled time, installed professionally, and called after install to check that all went well. Everyone from the Lowe's sales team, the installation service team, and the installers we polite, professional, and guaranteed the work for 1 year.

I thought it took them way too long to do the job. They had to come back and adjust the storm door because it wasn't working correctly. They scheduled the installation on Friday morning between 7:30 - 8:00. It was 10:00 am and I called the contractor to ask him where he was and his response was, didn't they call you? I thought there was a huge communication problem between Lowes and the contractor. I was very disappointed. My storm door still isn't right and the manager at the store said they would take a couple hundred dollars off the price and they never did.
