Description of Work: Key would not unlock front door. Locksmith disassembled the lock and reassembled it so it functioned again. He cautioned the smart key locks were unpredictable and the fix may not last. It didn't and we ended up replacing the lock ourselves.

I was pleased to find out that it's a family business (I like to support local businesses) and pleasantly surprised that my locksmith was a woman. She was extremely knowledgeable and worked effortlessly to make my new keyless lock fit to a replace a different brand opening. She took the time to explain the functionality of the locks and even the keyless lock which I purchased elsewhere. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and I will use them again in the future. I feel safe in my new home.

David arrived on time, removed the cylinders from the locks and re-keyed them in his truck. Reinstalled the cylinders and checked that the new key worked in all the locks.
