Very pleased w Jubilee Floors. This is second time we have used them. Always professional.

It was incredibly fast work. I left for 30 minutes as they were starting and when I returned, most of the old floor was removed already. The guys were friendly and respectful. The only picky negatives were that some furniture was not replaced in the right spot, and some tile grout/cement (whatever it is) got on the wall and onto an adjacent floor. The people at the showroom were also nice and helpful.

They were awesome. Loved working with Shirley. She came out to measure on Tuesday and the installers were at my house in one week installing the backsplash. They were excellent. Shirley helped pick out the grout. I appreciate her expertise. I would definitely work with this company again. They gave us a great price for the marble backslash and were less than two other companies that I went to for the exact same product. They even had lower freight charges. Love Jubilee flooring. They will be my first choice in the future. **I do have an update. I just received my bill from Jubilee Flooring and it was about 33% higher than the written estimate they provided. The Freight charge increased $25. The H/C increased by over $40. I it looks like I am being charged $300 for ceramic back splash tabs, whatever that is, which was left off of my written estimate. The total difference is $325 from the written estimate.** ***I talked to Jubilee and they made the correction without any problems. It sounds like someone who isn't familiar with the billing program did the bill. I only paid what was originally quoted. No problems.

I cannot praise Jubilee Flooring enough! Their prices are competitive, the staff members are professional and knowledgeable, and the work quality even exceeded my OCD-ish standards! The installers were punctual, worked hard ALL day long, and went out of their way to promptly address any questions or requests that we had. The floors are magnificent! Kudos specifically to Will McDavid and Kelvin Rowell! We were so impressed with Jubilee Flooring's service, pricing, and professionalism, that we have now contracted with them to replace all the flooring in our rental house! If you are in the Eastern Shore area, you really should give them an opportunity to provide a quote on your flooring project! I think you will be surprised by the estimate pricing...and we can certainly vouch for their quality service and professionalism!

They showed up when they were supposed to and they were in and out fairly quickly.

They are just finishing up the services now. They are going to come back tomorrow and grout the kitchen. On Friday, they are going to come and put in my kitchen countertops. They are excellent. I have talked to numerous other companies, and I didn’t elect to go any further than to have a conversation with them. They were very customer oriented; it was like they were doing me a favor talking to me. I couldn’t recommend them to anybody, they just didn’t impress me. When I am spending that kind of money, I want to be treated like I am somebody. Jubilee Floor was competitive with the bids that I got from everybody else. They weren't high or low. Everybody seemed to be about $250 of each other.
