Can out to assess issue - found it to be bad fixture. I went and bought replacement fixture and they came back out to put up. My home warranty company requires a licensed professional. Sadly, this job probably only required a handyman's service.

None of your contractors could do the work. Did not hire any of them total of I beleive 5.

Everything went well. The gentleman was able to complete the work in less than 1/2 hour.

on 7/7 Allen's replaced our inside air handler unit and did a good job. Next day we still did not see much improvement in our A/C and called them back. Tech came back and as a courtesy cleaned the outside unit. He insisted our outside unit was old (which it is) and really needed replacement but it was functioning properly still so the warranty company would not approve replacing it. On 7/16 We called the warranty company back and said we were still having issues with our A/C not cooling. They dispatched Allens again. Tech came out and insisted that the system was doing all it could do and would submit his findings to the Home Warranty company. Both my wife and I tried to call the Tech back several days later and he was rude to my wife and hung up after telling us there was nothing else that could be done. We called the Home Warranty company back and explained all this and they dispatched a new contractor to look at our system. They found a bad compressor capacitor and now we have a correctly working unit, house is no longer at 79/80 degrees but down to 74 degrees. We will instruct our Home Warranty company to not send this company to our home again.

Everything went great I had a problem with my sink and he fixed it.

They were really good. They are reliable.

The company was prompt, they came when they said they would, clean and neat. There was a minor problem we discovered the next day and they came immediately to take care of it. They are an excellent company that I will use for any household repairs.

They're very good. They also did plumbing for me about a year ago and they did an excellent job on that. They're just very prompt. They seemed to be capable and knowledgeable of what I needed.

The experience went very well. They were expensive; however, they were professional. They did a good work. My experience with them was genuinely good. They did well with the plumbing and electrical work. It is always a different person as it is a fairly large company. It is sort of handyman kind of service. They have different people good with different things. The people that they send out were appropriate for the job. They cleaned up their mess. They are close-by. They have a pretty good reputation.

A part had been replaced by another company, which had been arranged because of a recall. After they replaced the part, my dishwasher quit working. I called Allen Services, and after they came out and did repairs, it has been working fine. They are kind and courteous and do their best to clean up after themselves. They came right away when I called, which was very important because I really needed my dishwasher!

I want to recommend them. They do electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, heating, and air conditioning.

We had a leak, running water from a toilet, on the was below the toilet, We have a service contract, with Home Shield, good company, They referred us to Allen s. HS email them to contact us to set up time of repair, That is when the Queen step in, lost email, lost fax, Did not know when she could sent a person to repair. Two call, maybe three call, by Home Shield, Four call from us, not to pressure for a certain time, but to see if they had the order, We coulf not get a return call, When speaking to the Queen she was short, cut us off, 6 hour later, we enjoyed a gental stream flowing through the bath . If you need service, this is not the place. Note no service person was sent, They could not get organized
