My fireplace has not worked for approximately 3 years. Two gentlemen from 1st Choice Residential came to my house one time. Their work was very neat and professional. They had my fireplace back in working order within 15 minutes. They provided suggestions for improving the operation of the fireplace.

It was great, they did a very good job. They were very clean, very professional, and on time which is a big deal. We'll call them after the winter to do our fireplace.

Technician made sure I was aware of his ETA and showed up promptly. Very friendly and knowledgable (I had no clue) Service was fair and amazing attention to all details. They did a great job. They were on time, cleaned our chimney and did a small repair to the chimney cap. We found out they cleaned bbq grills and asked them to clean our grill also. It was really dirty but they made it look sparking new. They were on time, cleaned the ashes out of our fireplace without making a mess and stirring up dust. They swept our chimney clean and repaired the chimney cap. They were quick and professional. I will call them again.
