 + -1 moreChris was great! He was so nice and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. He made suggestions on things we can to to lower our electric cost. He also was really sweet to my dogs which goes a long way with me.
Description of Work: We had our air conditioning system cleaned and serviced.

Description of Work: We asked this vendor to repair my mothers heat pump. They came out four times over a two week period and were never able to effect a repair, finally had to drop them and hire another vendor. Second vendor told us that Kelly's attempts to repair the system actually damaged it further. Motor was hooked up incorrectly and was running backwards. Kelly technicians won't work after normal hours, won't work weekends or holidays. Each time they came out they told us they needed a different part they didn't have in stock, and we had to wait several days for them to order the part. Each time the new part failed to resolve the problem.

Description of Work: My airconditioning went out last summer. We called and got several estimates and decided to go with Kelly. They were the cheapest and my grandparents recommended them. They were on time and very professional. A week after our new unit was put in we noticed our house was not cooling properly. We called and spoke to John. He said, "I want you to be happy with your new unit I will personally come out and do a formal inspection." He showed up that day and did a thorough inspection. He said everything with the unit looked good. John noticed our dryer was running when he came by. He asked if he could look at it. We happily agreed. John noticed our dryer vent tube came loose and was heating our home. John did not even hesitate...he went out to his truck, got some supplies and fixed our dryer! He didnt even charge us for the visit! Needless to say our airconditioner works great. We really appreciate John and his team. It has been a year since we had our unit replaced and it still works great. John uses Goodman units which are American made. We would highly recommend Kelly's heating and cooling! Keep up the good work!

 + -1 moreJohn shows up when he is supposed to, he communicates very clearly. He always has all the parts on his truck. He will not charge extra if he has to pick up a part. I have been using him for 5 or 6 years for my home and business. I am very happy with his service; he really knows what he is doing. He is very professional and courteous. He even came out on a Sunday to repair my air conditioner.
Description of Work: I have used John for my heating and cooling needs for over five years. Sunday he came out to repair one of my air conditioners.
