Fred's Cabinet Shop

Very unprofessional staff, in my opinion. On one call I could hear the "F word" being repeatedly used in the background. Fred's committed on many occasions to have cabinets complete and failed to meet those dates. Some times literally saying they are going now to get them at the shop, just to find out later they were not complete. We have bases in a remodel and now have to try to have another cabinet maker complete the drawers and doors, since Fred's is now saying, "we cannot provide exact dates as to when we will be able to complete each room/item." It sounds like they have accepted too much work and all their clients are upset with them. Certainly the quality has suffered, in my opinion, since nearly every base was not like the CAD approved by the builder.

After receiving many cabinet vendor quotes from local companies, we decided on Fred's Cabinet Shop. They were courteous, professional, prompt, affordable and most importantly, delivered a beautiful product. I had a bit of a small kitchen area and Joel was able to help me lay out my kitchen plan so that it worked for me in the most efficent way possible, providing a great work prep area for me. Other vendors has little to no options addressing the size issue. Their plans closed in the area...confining it to a tight, unworkable space. Joel opened my kitchen up and constructed a wonderful space for cooking as well as entertaining. They also addressed any questions or issues that we had with no hesitance what-so-ever. Joel was a pleasure to work with and we have received wonderful compliments on our cabinetry.
