I was real pleased with this company.

They missed the original appointment to stop the toilet from running and change out wax rings but it was rescheduled for my next available day. They arrived in a regular car with supplies in a plastic home depot bag. Very polite workers came out (smelt of cigarette smoke and my home smelt of cigarettes during and after). They had to run to hardware store for the hacksaw and later used other products of mine to complete the job. They took toilet outside and now the base of an expensive, decorative toilet has several black streaks on the base that will not come off. A couple of days later it started leaking from behind the toilet at the floor. After a short call they came out the same day and stopped that leak; however, they chipped the new toilet seat lid that we had just purchased, as well as, leaving the toilet/bathroom dirty. The workers are nice guys and the owner responds quickly to communication but overall I feel I am more damaged than resolved. I have not brought these issues up with the owner as I am no longer confident it can be resolved by them.

Mr Burdette had his people here exactly when he said they would be. They did an extremely good job of not destroying my front yard by hand digging the ditch for the new water supply line from the meter to my house. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

The boss came on a Saturday to look over work and give an estimate, when he wasn't sure if a particular part of the job could be successfully done without damaging structure suggested when I went to purchase materials, that I discuss job with plumbing supplier. Workers came on time, friendly, got right to work - pleased with overall quality of work

One of the most considerate and patient people with so much work lined up that I have ever encountered. You knew immediately after meeting him that he would not take advantage of you. He ran into problems and just took it in stride and fixed it at his own expense. I would definitely use Burdette Plumbing again and highly recommend him.

They were on time, Polite, and cleaned up after. They worked hard trying to make everything right. I would highly recommend them.
