I will not use provider again because I have no future projects that I believe they could do. The business was only 2 months old when we executed the contract. The entire crew that showed the first day was let go withing a week. There was reason that at least a couple of the crew were let go. The project was finished by the owner and a recent new inexperienced hire. The projected estimated timeline at no more than four days was terminated late the eighth day, after three long days of repair and redo of drywall finishing. The owner stood behind his work,consequently did much of the finishing. The project took a lot of monitoring by me, and although the owner supervised as much as possible, the construction was not completed correctly in one area which cased me an issue with the door installation. I took time to explain a point with the crew lead about the doorway, yet it was not as we discussed. The owner said I could call and he would return to make good any defects. I decided he probably lost enough on the job, so I did some minor finishing myself. I would recommend anyone wishing to use them should address the crew experience. The owner was a pleasant and sincere individual. When he eventually get his crews on firm ground there's an opportunity for success. An issue with this job also was the distance- 80 miles one-way from their office. This caused a problem getting started each day, and discouraged the crew, which I think resulted in a lesser quality of work.

They did a good job at a reasonable price. The guys showed up and got it done. They knew what they were doing and they went ahead and finished it rather than sitting around for a month or so. The price was not a bargain, but it was fair.
