We had a truly horrible experience with Matthew Bein and Clint Welch at Prime Management. It looks like the business has gone under, so I won't provide all the miserable details about trying to work with them, but I will say that we had to hire a lawyer just to get Matt Bein to drop thousands of dollars of materials from our bill for items that were never even installed. After what they put us through, I wouldn't trust them to mow my yard much less renovate my house -- yep, it was that bad. If you're dealing with them, I'm so sorry but definitely IGNORE MATT'S THREATS AND GET A LAWYER.
