We first stumbled across Monk's Flooring after the original carpet installation company we selected pushed our installation back by over a week. We called them and told them we were on a really tight schedule and asked if they thought they could have carpet installed within the week. They told us to come in and see if we liked anything they had in stock. They had exactly what we were looking for, in fact it was better quality and nicer than what we had originally ordered from the other company. They came to our home that day and took measurements and had a quote for us by the end of the day. We were very satisfied with the price and scheduled our installation for a few days later. They arrived at our home when scheduled and were very professional and hardworking. The installer actually went back to the store to pick up more carpet so he would be able to make fewer seams. The installed carpet was very nice and soft. The padding was thick and much nicer than we thought we would be getting. We thought the price would go up because of the extra carpet, but it was exactly what they quoted. We were very satisfied and intend to use them again next time we need flooring.
