replacement windows
+ -1 moreRequested quotes on windows from several companies in Jan. and Feb. 2010. Reviewed quotes provided and looked at most in person via saleman demos, showroom displays, home shows, etc. Also, reviewed all product info that was available such as brochures and websites. We liked the Serious Windows best (on paper). So, we scheduled a time for Steve Lees to come by and show us the window's features and discuss details of the job to be performed. Steve demonstrated all the features of the windows, and he did a good job of answering all of our questions in a straight-forward, low-pressure manner. We ordered new windows on 4/30/2010. Final measurements were made on 5/6 by the contractor that Steve recommended. We ended-up using them to do the window installation and they did a great job. Windows were installed on 5/25-5/27. All the windows work great, look great, and they are very efficient (compare whole window R-values and NFRC rating labels).
Description of Work: We purchased replacement windows for our home. After much research, we placed our order with L&L Energy Solutions because the Serious Windows (Quantum 2, Series 600) they provide are the most energy efficient vinyl windows we could find. They are also well made, have good design features, and are reasonably priced.
