Steven, the owner was great to work with. He responded to all concerns about how and when I wanted the roof replaced. His bid included the best materials and was by far the best of three bids I received. The contract and warranty are detailed, covering all customer concerns. Arkbow delivered the roofing supplies on Friday morning and did the entire roof replacement on Saturday. Additionally, the Arkbow team thoroughly cleaned up my property before they left. I highly recommend Arkbow Roofing.

My whole experience with Arkbow Roofing was excellent. Arkbow has a great business model: Provide excellent service at a reasonable price! The gentleman I dealt with "on the ground" here at the house was very accommodating, easy to work with and knew what he was doing. All my interactions with the owner were straight forward and professional, and I felt that he really cared about my job. Arkbow did a great job and I'd hire them again without hesitation.

Ark ow roofing was quick and very responsive to my situation. I had storm damage to the roof and they called the same day with a quote that was accepted on the spot. Two hors later, we were done. Couldn't ask for better.

Went great these guys took off my metal roof stacked it up on my trailer for me tore off a shingke roof cleaned up every piece replaced all the water damage plywood put down new water barriers and new shingle roof all in one day excellent company excellent employees and the owner was a pleasure to work with just can't say enough good things thank you Arkbow Roofing

I needed a full roof put on my house. Mr. Jacks got material there that morning and the workers got there shortly after. My roof was done completely that evening. The price was good and I didn’t have to worry about anything. He is a good honest man, I would recommend him to anyone. My neighbor complemented on my roof and I told him when he was ready I would give me the number. Thanks Mr. Jacks for making things go smoothly.

Everything went great. Crew was here when they said they would be. Workmanship was excellent. Clean up was great. You could hardly tell they had been there. Pricing very competitive. Definitely would use again or recommend.

Steven Jacks at Arkbow Roofing was the best. My husband and I have built several homes while acting as the contractor. Arkbow roofing far exceeded expectations. They were very professional and Diego runs a team of excellent roofers. This was a fairly big job with complicated angles using metal, EPDM, and architectural shingles. We were always well informed of scheduling. Our home site was kept clean. We would definitely recommend them as well as using them again in the future. Simply a top notch job completed by good people.

We bought an older house in the Five Points area in Huntsville and had the roof evaluated by Arkbow Roofing team. While they encouraged us to get the whole roof replaced, they strongly suggested to at least address the soft spots on our roof - meaning we had water getting in and rotting the wood. We had other quotes from “local” companies and Arkbow was not only transparent about pricing of materials but also the most reasonable price when it came to labor. Working with the owner of Arkbow Roofing – Steven Jacks – we had the team replace the entire roof. Arkbow team got the roof down to the boards, removed and fixed rotten boards, reinstalled vents properly, cut a ridge openings and installed a ridge vents, and installed ice & water shield along all the valleys too. The installation exceeded our expectations as it was done in almost a day and the neighbors are already very complimentary our roof update!

Great, the gentlemen that did the work did a great job. They removed the nails ,then filled the holes with caulking before they put the screws in. They also sealed all of the seams. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family members.
