+ -1 moreJohn was extremely responsive and worked diligently to fix our problem. Also pointed out a potential problem on another toilet and told us we should be aware of this situation for in the future. He was neat and clean and wouldn't even come into my house until he put on his foots to make sure there would be no tracking of any dirt! Wonderful service and fair pricing!!!
