Brandon was prompt--called me back immediately, and was able to come do our LR rug the same day which I was NOT expecting. (4 dogs, 1 cat, 1 grandson got spills and smells on that area rug over the last 2 years!) AND he is an Auburn fan! Yea Tigers!

The technician, Brandon, arrived on-time and ready to begin. He measured the room and set his equipment up. He worked non-stop until the room was cleaned.
