Al was very kind and straightforward. He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people.

When my husbands work schedule changed allowing him to complete the work, Al was flexible about the change. I called and spoke to Al and he was gracious and understanding. Al performed everything as discussed and kept me informed as we went along. While the work was not needed, his service is great! I kept his card and plan to call him with future jobs.

Al and his crew were very punctual and went out of their way to please us and finish on time. I am really impressed with their professionalism and the final results! I will use Complete Home Repair again!

Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work. It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion. I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired. When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good. I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated. The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take. When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished. There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate. However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.

Mr Webb's work is very good and my wife and I are very pleased with his work, cost and work time. We have used Complete Home Repair for several small repairs this year and have always been very pleased. He shows up when he says he will and gets the job done. So when we planned this latest project, we did not hesitate to call them and in fact did not even think about any one else. We have in mind some other projects around here and will certainly call them first. We found Complete Home Repair on Angie's list and have even found others for HVAC etc.

We used Al's help on quite some renovation on the new house we recently purchased and were really impressed. Therefore it is no surprise we called them again to do various things on our old house before putting it on the market. Once again, Al delivered. He and his sons arrived on time, took notes of everything we want/need, finished them all on time and even some extra at no cost. Al will be our guy for all future jobs. We recently bought a house and have hired a few companies to work on different projects. What we learned from the process is good handyman is hard to come by. That is why we feel very fortunate to find Complete Home Repair. Al and his sons are truly excellent. They worked on our house for 6 days on various things. They were always on time, polite, and thoughtful. We felt comfortable to leave them in the house, but we met every morning to discuss the work on previous day. They did a fabulous job. On the top of that, for whatever concern we had, they also went the extra mile to address it. I want to share a small detail that I think shows Al's true color. One of the projects is Al installing a screen door for us. We agreed that if it takes more than 1 hour, he will charge more. On the next day, when I asked him how long it took him to finish the installation, Al told me exactly one hour. He could have told me longer and charged me more, but he didn't. This is the second time we hired Al. We are sure that it will not be the last time. He not only earns our business, but also wins our heart. Highly recommended!!

Al was very prompt on coming out to give me an estimate. He was very detailed and specific on his prices and how long it would take to do the job. He called me back and gave me an exact time frame for the schedule and confirmed it the week before. He and his son showed up on the first day on time and completed all the work within one week. I felt comfortable leaving him and his son at the house while i was at work.They did a great job on completing everything i needed, plus cleaned up when they were done. The job was done in a timely manner. The workers were professional and respectful during the entire time they were in our home and doing the needed work. I would definitely use this person again if the need arises. They were careful with my furniture and made sure that paint did not get where it does not belong. I am very thankful I found this company on Angie's List and would recommend them to others in the surrounding areas that may need work done in their home.

It went so well that we can't wait for Al and Albert to come back and start on other projects we have asked them to do. They are an amazing father and son team that work, side by side as well as jam to music, very well together. He was very thorough in his estimate and material list. He arrived on time and completed the job when he said he would. My house is very old (1918) and there was an issue with the floor being unlevel. He made sure to add extra bracing and supports to keep the floor from sagging in the future. He cleaned up after the job was finished and hauled of the removed subfloor to the street for pickup. He is a very polite and professional repairman. I will definitely use him in the future.

Al was very prompt in all aspects of our business. He was on time when we met on site 3 different times. He gave quick quotes via email. He said when he could start the project and he started on that day. He was in constant communication when needed and pretty easy to contact with questions. The completed work was done as we discussed. I was so impressed with the overall service, quality and pricing I immediately asked for a quote on another project I have been putting off. I would obviously use Complete Home Repair again.

Al responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He gave the job a thorough review before giving the estimate. He scheduled the work promptly after I approved the estimate. He worked hard daily to complete the job on time. He even worked until well into the evening hours on a Friday night just to complete the job. He was punctual, courteous, and very professional. He cleaned the work area daily after he was complete and was meticulous about the quality of his work. His price was also very fair and I ended the project feeling very positive about my choice. Everything he's done has been perfect. He does everything and anything. He salvaged some roses for me and added some soil to my garden. Everything he does is completely satisfactory and he's reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

He came out today and he is doing a very nice job. He is painting the wooden trim for the windows. He is a pleasant individual. The windows are being installed now and the trim is going into place and we'll need to have him come back when the windows are finished to do some touch up because of construction.

We are thrilled with the new tile shower Mr. Webb made for us. He is meticulous in his workmanship and professional in his manner. He tackled and overcame every obstacle ( and there were a few) with patience and determination. the job took longer than originally expected, but was well worth the extra time. He quoted a price for his labor and we bought all the materials. We will definitely use him for our next project.

He is a perfectionist. He will not do a rush/half job on anything. He ran wiring for me and installed a microwave above my oven. He even had to cut the cabinet to make room for the microwave and adjust the exhaust vent pipe that was going up in to my crawl space.
