+ -1 moreWent wonderfully. Great value for the service and they were very thorough. They treated my home with respect. They were able to get out stains from my 2 year old I never thought would come out. Everything was left smelling fresh and it dried very fast.

Description of Work: I asked Mr. Smith if I needed to move the furniture prior to his shampooing the carpet. He said that he would move it as he cleaned. However, the only furniture moved was what I had moved prior to his arrival. Therefore, there are discolored areas in the carpet showing areas that were not shampooed.
