It went well. Blount Media’s technician arrived on time, performed the work without a problem, and explained to me in simple terms how to operate the home system.

The helper came. He looked around. Just exactly as I had done. He called the boss but nothing else was done. They were going to try and replace a piece of equipment. Never called me back. I have since researched the problem on the Internet and sent two pieces off for repair. I do feel that he said he could help me just to get his $180 service fee. I really feel like I was taken advantage of and that doesn’t happen very often. The helper also came to house without wearing a mask.
Description of Work: Had a problem with a Bose lifestyle system. He said he could probably help.

The tech did more than just look around. He tried to pair your remote back to your lifestyle system. I am not sure if you were in the room, but I have a picture he sent to me of the remote attempting to pair up with the system. The attempts to pair were unsuccessful due to a default with the remote. However, I made myself very clear that I could not guarantee a successful repair. I know I said that more than one tine, and I certainly explained there would be a service charge regardless. To this you replied that you understood completely. You mentioned that you at one point owned a small company and understood the service charge. The conversation ended with you saying if I thought there was a possibility we could fix your remote then come on out.further indicating you understood there was no guarantee we could repair the unit and that you were clear on the none-refundable fee. They did a great job setting up the lighting and sound system. They were on time and mounted all the tvs where i wanted them. All of it is easy to use. I couldnt be more pleased and happy with the work. Will be recommending them to anyone i know needing work done

Wonderful they fixed problems that I have been told by other companies could not be fixed. When it was time to settle up I was expecting an astronomical bill but they actually charged half and I paid the full 425 plus a 300 dollar tip.
Description of Work: Having Blount Media work at my home was not only easy but the Gerry the owner of the company was almost always onsite. We talked for hours and I learned how to us my home theater finally, once they fixed all the problems and simplified everything. We have a theater and a whole home stereo sound system sonos thing and my husband used to have to work it for me when it worked,. Anyway long story short Blount Media and Mr. Blount were less expensive then everyone else I spoke with, twist, av switch, avx, something mancave, and sphere audio. Of those companies I received quotes for the price of a Lexus or just simply denied helping us because the job was not big enough. Call Blount Media 807-5301 and ask for Gerry tell him Lynn gave you his number. Thanks Gerry for everything!

We were very happy with the network issues repaired. We had someone else out who could not figure out the problem. The TV's and sound systems are great.
Description of Work: I had several issues to fix: my computer networks were having troubles as well as I needed some TV's installed with sound system.
