+ -1 moreRequired a couple of return trips for which they did not charge extra. I offered to send pictures of what I wanted done so that they would have all the parts on hand when they came but was declined by the lady on the phone. The guys told me they wished she would have accepted those which would have saved a return trip for them. The extension on my outside faucet looks GREAT - you can't tell that it's an add-on. I have used Scales before and was very pleased the first time with the charges. I thought the labor charges for this work were a little high but I would still use them again. I use small business local providers whenever possible. Some of the "big" outfits in town are less than reliable and more expensive by my experience.
Description of Work: Three problematic bathroom faucets and install an extension to outside faucet originally located under a porch.

+ -1 moreExcellent service. Did a complete remodel on an older house. Tommy stayed true to his price quote and was available on the days we were ready for him. Would recommend Tommy to anyone. In fact we are calling him to come back this week so we can get started on our guest bathroom.
