He worked around my schedule. He did exactly what he said he would do. I had a small issue with a sprinkler head and he came back and fixed it at no charge.

A Kubota trencher was driven over a bush in the flower bed and the equipment was left in the bed overnight. When confronted Mr Chandler threatened to quit in the middle of the job. The job was to dig out ditch to allow water to flow properly. Instead I have a deeper ditch that water stands in. His initial estimate was $1,600. He added on to the bill to remove the dirt from our property. The final bill was$2,100 to clean out a drain and dig a ditch! Think twice before hiring him.

Did what that they said the would do

Jacob was excellent to work with. Promptly answered e-mails, his crews showed up to work when they said they would be there and finished the job in two days. This was deconstructing the old driveway and pouring the new one. Job well done. Everything looks great.

Except for the cement truck he had all his own equipment for packing and digging, and he left the work place cleaned up nicely. On time and done in one day! Super nice! I will hire him again.

Great Job

We recently hired Jacob Chandler’s company to pour a 25’x30’ patio in our backyard, and without a doubt made the right decision! Very professional, efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, I could go on and on. The work was done quickly (only took a day and a half), and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We’re putting an above ground pool on it in the next few weeks and are so excited to enjoy our backyard more than we could before. We would definitely hire them again for future projects and trust that they’d do an awesome job.

I was fortunate to find a company (through HomeAdvisor) that does what they say will do, do it when they say they will, and makes sure the customer is happy at the end of the project. Above and beyond my expectations. I suspect this is the way he does every job.

Well I had a Patio poured and Chandler did a wonderful Job very professional they did it in a timely manor and the price was very reasonable if I have any other Jobs I will be calling Chandler Company.

This was a complete update of 1959 home. New flooring, refinishing wood floors, electrical update, kitchen facelift, etc. Easy to work with. Did job well and respected our time. Kept us informed throughout the project and stayed on budget! As a general contractor they stayed on top of things and made sure all subs were doing their jobs. Will hire again for next project for sure.

On time. No fuss. Excellent job. This project involved removing earth from lower level, resealing and grading so water would drain appropriately. We were so pleased we hired them again for our next project.
