Mr. Stricklin quickly responded to my request on Angie's List, and he then called me later that day to see when I was available. He was super courteous, and came the next day right on time and called before to make sure that time still worked for me. He then looked at the wiring and spotted my mistake fixed it then saw that some of the wiring was not in the best condition and so he straightened that up after that everything was fixed he helped me out a whole bunch, very knoeledgable, quick, and dependable.

First of all, Bill promptly took my telephone call and called me back with an appointment date and time. He was prompt, professional and, informative. He installed the hood vent without a hitch.He then turned to the ground fault switches and the wiring error by a revious "handyman". Contacted Mr. Stricklin through his web site. He was very quick to reply. We asked for a free estimate to look at our florescent lights. We approved the estimate and he immediately started to work. We even found a few more items for him to fix and he gladly took care of those for us too. We were very happy with the service he provided, very quick, professional, and timely. We will be calling on Mr. Stricklin again.

Mr. Stricklin arrived 10 minutes early. Once I directed him to where the access to the attic was located, he promptly started the work. He went up into my attic and assessed the work site, went to his truck took out the tools he needed to do the job and about 45 minutes or less lately he was finished. He was polite, courteous and professional. He was neat and clean in his appearance. Both my 88 years old father and I were very impressed with Mr. Strictlin and his work. My wife and I will certainly call him again for any electrical needs and we will be recommending him to our family and friends.

He arrived on time and worked efficiently, pointed out issues that would need to be corrected, ie adding a junction box after removing the fluorescent light fixtures before hanging ceiling fixtures

Mr. Stricklin was absolutely professional and thoroughly knowledgeable, as well as just a plain, nice guy. Can't say enough good things about him. He ALWAYS answered his own phone whenever I called (several times). He always called ahead of time to confirm his coming, or, even if he was going to be a few minutes late. He did an awesome job, and did it quickly. He never hesitated to sit down and explain to me anything and everything he was doing. He even showed me how I could save a significant amount of money (off of HIS bill), by doing a couple of very simple things. Bill is a real class act. After letting Bill know we were without heat during the coldest day on record with an infant at home he came out immediately. He checked all lines in the house to determine the problem was really with the Heat pump and a blown transformer. He was unable to do anything about the heat pump but took time out of his busy schedule to come an assist us immediately.

Bill is just awesome. I know that he does primarily commercial work, so I was so surprised when he not only responded to my message on Angie's List the same day that I sent it (and mine was a very small job), but managed to work me into his schedule the same day! Bill was extremely passionate about the work that he does. He came and gave a free quote, not only did he look at the job but checked the circuit breakers during the quote to see how the job would be done. while he was on site doing the quote he was explaining every step of why things needed to be done a certain way. I feel the price was very reasonable, Out of 6 quotes I had he was middle of the road than some of the other quotes that came to the house, with that said I feel he put more energy into the quote as well. I also feel I got more than just a job for the price.
