He was absolutely wonderful. I found him on Angies List and I would recommend him highly to anyone. He came and gave me an estimate and then I called my roofing company, who had replaced the roof for me 4 or 5 years ago so I got 2 estimates. His estimate was a couple of thousand dollars and then he gave references. I called few of the references and they recommended him highly. The estimate given by the roofer was a thousand dollars more. So I decided to go with him. Then I got him 2 more jobs from him doing my little house. I recommended him to my neighbor and to my daughter and they were also satisfied with his work. He does an excellent job and although he is rough in his personality, since he is not a people's person but if he has a job to do he is going to do it and do it right.

The fellows that came to work were great - on time, worked a full day, pleasant to have about the place, and very skilled at their jobs. They pressure washed the house, did some constuction on my front porch, took down some old construction on a side deck, replaced a set of steps on my back deck, painted the front porch and two decks as well as the railings and bases on each and repainted my barn. I also had them replace my roof which had extensive hail damage and their estimate was actually less than the insurance maximum. I had been and quot;burnedand quot; badly in the past with and quot;handy men or home repair menand quot; so I really appreciated the level of professionalism that I found working with Steve Burnett's company. I thought that the pricing was fair and continue to be pleased with the work that they did.

Good review and tenants happy. Mr. Burnett was quick to respond and get to review the task and provide a fair and ressonable price. Will recommend and use again.

He does painting, drywall, and roof stuff. If you aren't able to do the work yourself, it's hard to find someone that can do it all. He will point out work that needs to be done and included it in his estimate. He was prompt and friendly. He took a very small deposit and took the rest of his money at the end. There are a lot of people that take the money upfront. They either do a sh**ty job or they take the money and run. He told me that I should never pay anybody upfront.
